Coursework Expectations – T Level Engineering

The T Level in Engineering combines technical theory, practical learning, and industry experience, assessed through projects, assignments, and hands-on tasks. Students gain experience in areas such as understanding engineering principles, designing and testing solutions, developing practical problem-solving skills, and applying industry-standard techniques in real-world contexts. They also focus on professional development, including preparing for employment through CVs, applications, and interview skills.

Alongside classroom learning, students take part in enrichment opportunities such as visits to local engineering facilities, industry workshops, and practical project work, including outdoor and team-based challenges. These experiences help students develop technical skills, confidence, leadership, and communication, preparing them for further study or a career in the engineering sector.
